Bold brand for a new dawn
Having designed the disruptive and hugely successful Virgin Mobile brand, which grew from a kitchen-table start-up to a £1 billion business with over five million customers in just under five years, Start Design were re-engaged to create a new brand and visual identity for the more expansive Virgin Media offer.
The launch of Virgin Media was to become one of the UK’s largest ever rebranding programmes, positioning the combined entities of Virgin Mobile, NTL and Telewest to form the singular Virgin Media.
Launched under the banner of ‘Infinite Entertainment’, Virgin Media brought a refreshing customer-centric approach to an otherwise cluttered marketplace, not just in the UK but throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
