Flash was just starting out when Start Design first teamed up with the brand. Now Flash is the Middle East’s premier live events company for talent, event planning, logistics, operations, marketing, ticketing and hospitality.
As well as helping Flash ideate their future concept and go to market strategy, we created a new web and mobile experience to better meet the needs of all its potential audiences - fans wishing to attend an event or partners seeking to create an event.

Fans need a fast process to search and buy tickets, partners want access to services, venues and Flash expertise. These were the key drivers for the UX and UI brief, which were further informed by comprehensive stakeholder interviews and experience workshops to define behaviours and user-flows.
By reducing the clicks and presenting only relevant content, we built a fast, efficient and responsive platform that enabled seemingly tailored user-experiences.
